Referral Affiliates Welcome
Referrals are a very important part of Transfac's business development program. We have established relationships with many excellent brokers and referral sources throughout the United States. Some have been with us for years, others are just starting out. In all cases, we are happy to provide guidance and direction to help build and maintain your brokerage business.
When you have a qualified lead, you choose how closely you would like to stay involved in the due diligence process. Some brokers just turn it over to us and we develop from there; others prefer to stay more involved.
We respond very quickly in our assessment of your potential deals. Our commission structure is straight forward and paid to you for the life of your client's contractual relationship with Transfac.
While we do work with brokers on an ad hoc basis who are 'shopping' the market, we definitely prefer to develop exclusive relationships and we adjust the commission structure appropriately. This is generally in keeping with our philosophy of maintaining long-term relationships with clients, many of whom stay with us for decades. Please know that we also routinely provide leads back on prospects who do not fit our funding profile.
Get a Proposal for your Client
Obtain a no-cost, no obligation analysis, by having your client provide the following:
- Completed Transfac Capital application
- Current and prior year Profit/Loss (income statement)
- Current and prior year balance sheet
- Current accounts receivable aging report (in 30-day increments)
- Customer List (address and phone number)
Transfac Capital will typically provide a Letter of Intent, or Proposal, within a day. This will outline the value of the accounts receivable factoring and the amount we can advance to your Client on our initial purchase.
