This is how it works after we chat
Free Application: Email, fax or send us the completed application together with the requested information. You can either use the website form or we would be happy to send you an application packet. There is no application fee.Preliminary Screening: A preliminary screening is made of your application data, which usually takes a day. We look at receivables aging history, concentrations, credit ratings, public filings etc. We may need to call you for some clarifications. Your customers are not contacted at this point, we are just trying to get a snapshot of your business. We will respond to you with a written proposal or guidance for available services.
Written Proposal: A proposal (normally one page) is sent to you by fax or email highlighting the major points of our service including; amount of next day advance, our fee, agreement term, recourse if any, funding facility, contingencies etc.
Due Diligence Process: When you accept the proposal, allow another few days for us to do more due diligence. During this period we review your account in more detail and discuss with you various aspects of your business and may request additional information.
Purchase / Sale Agreement: Upon approval, we overnight a Purchase / Sale Agreement to you together with some additional documents. You endorse the agreement and supporting papers and send everything back to us together with your first batch of invoices.
Start Up: Your Account Executive will verify the invoices for purchase and next day funding begins.
