Tim Valdez directs all sales, marketing, business development and operation functions for Transfac. He has more than 17 years of senior management experience and most recently was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Transportation Alliance Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Flying J, Inc., where Valdez established Transportation Alliance Bank's accounts receivable financing, lending and deposit divisions in 1998.
Donna is the Business Development Officer out of Springfield, MO. Donna comes to Transfac Capital with over 25 years experience in banking, financial services, and business consulting. She has worked with companies ranging from $100,000 to over $22 million annual sales to help them meet and manage their cash flow needs. As a business owner for many years, Donna knows the daily issues faced by the entrepreneur. Knowing that cash flow and accounts receivable management is a major key to success for any business, Donna understands.
Eric is the Business Development Manager out of Salt Lake City, UT. During his education at Texas A&M University, Eric got his start in banking. Five years later, he has committed himself to both banking and financial services. Eric has worked intimately with business owners with no employees to multi million dollar corporations and understands the importance of cash flow and the opportunity it brings.
Eric Myers has been selling and marketing financial products for the better part of the last fifteen years. Before joining Transfac in June of 2006, he worked for Flying J for five years, most recently as Eastern Director of Business Development for Flying J's bank, Transportation Alliance Bank. At TAB, Eric managed regional representatives selling accounts receivable financing, equipment funding, software, payroll products, and insurance to the trucking industry.
Eric spent time on the consumer side as well; working nine years for a large regional bank, TCF National Bank, in Minneapolis. At TCF, Eric managed several branches for their consumer lending division.
Eric graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls SD in 1992 and received his Masters in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis in 2000. He is currently licensed to sell property and casualty insurance in several states. Eric volunteers at his church and as a radio host at his local public radio station and can be heard most Monday evenings from 7:00 - 10:00 pm www.kpcw.org Eric enjoys living in Park City UT where he can snowboard, golf, and raise his four year old son and one year old daughter with his wife, Liz.
Heather comes to Transfac Capital with five years experience in recruiting, the last two of which in the Transportation industry recruiting independent brokers and agents. Prior to that she holds 10 years experience working in Accounting and Finance for various industries. Heather attended the College of St. Catherine in St Paul, MN graduating with a B.S. in Professional Sales having a concentration in Business-to-Business sales and a minor in Psychology. Additionally, Heather is actively involved in her community serving as the President of her neighborhood steering committee for the last three years. She resides in St. Louis Park, MN with her 12 year old son Jackson.
